Our clinical provider team includes:

Kelli Gill, DNP, FNP-C – Appointment Availability
Kelli is actively seeing patients with the following schedule:

• In-office appointments: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
• Telemedicine appointments: Thursday (only)

Jaime Kozak, PA-C – Appointment Availability
Jaime Kozak, PA-C remains available to see patients on a part-time basis. Appointment availability varies based on scheduling. Patients established with Jaime may continue to schedule follow-ups based on availability.

Dr. David Saperstein, MD – Schedule Status
We are happy to report that Dr. Saperstein is now home and recovering. His schedule is temporarily limited at this time, and appointment availability may change as recovery progresses. Our office team will provide the most up-to-date scheduling options when you contact us. If you are already on the waitlist, we will be reaching out in the order in which you completed your intake.

Scheduling Guidance
To ensure patients are scheduled appropriately:

• Follow-up visits will be scheduled based on provider availability and appointment type.
• Telemedicine options may be offered when appropriate.
• If you already have an upcoming appointment scheduled, our team will contact you directly if any changes are needed.
