Scheduling & Waitlist Updates
We are pleased to share an update regarding scheduling availability and waitlist movement at the Center for Complex Neurology, EDS & POTS.
⭐ What Patients Need to Know Right Now
Dr. Saperstein
Gradually returning to clinic
Accepting a limited number of patients from the waitlist
If You Are On the Waitlist
Patients must complete the screening process, including all intake forms, before they can be scheduled.
Please check your email, text messages, or Klara patient portal and complete your screening as soon as possible.
Patients are contacted in intake order.
Calling the office does not change waitlist position.
New Patient Evaluations
Telemedicine visits require an in-person exam or EDS evaluation
⭐ Provider Availability
Dr. David Saperstein, MD
Dr. Saperstein is gradually returning to clinic and has begun accepting a limited number of new patients from the waitlist. He is currently seeing patients via telemedicine only. His schedule remains limited and availability will expand gradually over time. Patients already on the waitlist will be contacted in the order their intake was completed.
Jaime Kozak, PA-C
Jaime Kozak continues to see patients with the following schedule:
In-office appointments: Tuesday
Telemedicine appointments: Monday, Thursday, and Friday
Established patients may continue to schedule follow-up visits based on availability.
Kelli Gill, DNP, FNP-C
Kelli Gill is actively seeing patients with the following schedule:
In-office appointments: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Telemedicine appointments: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Thursday (telemedicine only)
⭐ How Scheduling Works
To ensure patients are scheduled appropriately:
- Follow-up visits are scheduled based on provider availability and appointment type
- Telemedicine options may be offered when appropriate
- Patients with existing appointments will be contacted directly if any changes are needed
